  • I have been a little quiet on here lately, but due to being 35 weeks pregnant and running around after a 17month old I’ve definitely been experiencing a lot more tiredness.

So the days have been spent little more like this, but I am most definitely enjoying this time of snuggles with my baby, who is soon to be the big brother.

If anybody has any tips on juggling these last few weeks, and also introducing little bear to his new big brother role then feel free to share. Always happy to learn from others experiences 😉

  • To all of the amazing Mummies out there on this #worldmentalhealthday

For the mums who have put a smile on their faces despite not feeling that way inside.

For the mums who have said “I’m fine” but are actually struggling.

For the mums who are battling their own silent battle and keep going despite this.

This is for you!

There is no denying that the last few months have definitely taken its toll on our mental health. I can absolutely say it has on mine.

It’s time to feel we can open up, time to realise that we don’t have to have it all together all of the time, time to know that it’s ok to not be ok!

It doesn’t mean we are failing as parents, that we are not doing a good job, or that we are inadequate. It simply means that we are human!

My mission is to empower other mums to feel that they can speak up and be open about their experiences. So I genuinely hope that through my own honesty and openness, I can/am achieving that.

My DM’s are always open!

You know I think that you are all amazing, and superhero’s in your right.

Sending love, as always 💕
