Welcome to the sixth episode of season two of the Pick Me Up Podcasts.  In today’s episode I am joined by Esther Stubbs, who is a specialist sports injury and women’s health Physiotherapist and the founder of the Pelvic Power Movement to discuss overcoming pelvic floor issues. We cover how we can connect with our pelvic floor more, how to know if what we are experiencing postpartum is normal and most importantly, to also know that we are not alone in the challenges that we face with our pelvic floor once we have had a baby.

With over 15 years of experience in this field, Esther has helped countless women recover control of their bodies. This year alone, she has won two awards; one for the “Most Pioneering Women’s Health Physio Practice” and another for “Physiotherapist of the Year 20-21”. Known as the straight-talking, no-nonsense Physiotherapist who is not afraid to broach taboo subjects. Her mission is to create global awareness of the magnitude of this problem and provide solutions to these issues.
