I have walked in your shoes, and I know exactly what it feels like not only to feel like you have lost yourself since becoming a Mum and desperately wanting to get your spark back, but also battling against the reality of your time now being split between so many people and things, the guilt that comes with motherhood and all of the emotions that you can feel too.

Coming from a Personal Training background for the last 13 years, I have always had a passion for making a difference. I absolutely loved the coaching element to my work and always took a very holistic approach, so I am now delighted to transfer my skills, knowledge, professional experience and now my personal one as a Mum too. I am excited to be able to evolve the way in which I work and to be able to support Mums in the way that I was looking for when I became one.

I have always had a huge interest in Personal Development and after applying it to my own life it became an integral part of my work. Although I can’t help but feel like the self-help industry can make you end up feeling like you need to “fix” yourself and be different or better to how you are now, but this doesn’t have to be a process where you criticise yourself to be better than you were yesterday. For me, my take on this is that you are enough, just as you are. You are perfect, and you are exactly where you need to be right now. Everything that you need is already within you. The process of personal development in my eyes is simply about working at the limiting beliefs, the thought patterns, the fears and the identities you hold that stop you from seeing that and believing it.

You will hear that I am big on finding your cheerleaders in life, but I am also big on YOU being your biggest cheerleader. By choosing to be compassionate, kind and loving towards yourself will help your journey to being where you want to be and NOT being your biggest critic.
