Welcome to the fifth episode of season two of the Pick Me Up Podcasts. In today’s episode Lydia from Works For Me Coaching discusses how we can begin to approach stepping into life after lockdown by providing us with our very own roadmap utilising her 5 key steps. By following these steps it allows us to acknowledge the journey that we have been through, as well as moving from survival mode that we have found ourselves in, into a life with intention.
So many feel caught in the hamster-wheel of life, wanting something to change, and daring to hope that there’s more to life than their current experience. And that is exactly where today’s guest, Lydia, comes in. At the heart of Lydia’s business is her passion to empower women to make the most of this one life we’ve been given. Whether that’s supporting you to find a job that works for you, or encouraging you to go after your dreams.
Lydia helps women birth their hopes and dreams, and works with them to develop a personal action plan. She helps them reach their designated goals using a series of tried and tested tools.
In Lydia’s words “When done well, coaching works and can transform lives.
I love to inspire women to create more space and time, around their jobs, for the
things that matter most to them.”
When she’s not working, she loves relaxing at home with a gin and homemade pizza cooked in her garden pizza oven, as well as enjoying family adventures around the Sheffield area with her husband and little boy. Interesting factoid – she was part of a cheerleading squad that won the UK Championships in 2010, and she has built her career on my natural ability to encourage and motivate others!
Join myself and Lydia on today’s episode as we discuss how we can begin to approach stepping into life after lockdown. Lydia provides us with our very own roadmap utilising her 5 key steps. By following these steps, it allows us to acknowledge the journey that we have been through, as well as moving from survival mode that we have found ourselves in, into living a life with intention.
