Welcome to the second episode of season two of the Pick Me Up Podcasts. In Today’s episode I am joined by Hannah, from Hannah mindful Hypnobirthing, you can find her on Instagram and Facebook. Hannah is a mum of 2 girls who after having a positive hypnobirthing experience with her first baby, re-trained during her maternity leave to become a mindful hypnobirthing practitioner. She’s been teaching classes since 2017, and after a short break to prepare for her 2nd birth, she started teaching again online recently. Like myself, Hannah gave birth during the pandemic, and spent the newborn days in a lockdown. In this episode we discuss both of our experiences, to show that although we were in the same situation we both dealt with this time very differently and did have very different experiences. If you are pregnant, or have recently had a baby, Hannah also shares some fantastic tips based around her Hypnobirthing experience which are simply fantastic and can totally change how you deal with certain situations.
